Revert "[memprof] Extend the index prof format to include memory profiles."

This reverts commit 43c2348c.

Buildbots are failing with an error on reading memprof testdata.
"Inputs/basic.profraw: profile uses zlib
compression but the profile reader was built without zlib support"
