[ObjCARC] Pass the correct BasicBlock to fix assertion failure.

The BasicBlock passed to FindPredecessorRetainWithSafePath should be the
parent block of Autorelease. This fixes a crash that occurs in
FindDependencies when StartInst is not in StartBB.
