[AMDGPU] Add merging into S_BUFFER_LOAD_DWORDX8_IMM 

Extend SILoadStoreOptimizer to merge into DWORDX8 variant of S_BUFFER_LOAD.

Merging into DWORDX2 and DWORDX4 variants is handled already.
