[asan] Move scariness_score_test.cc to a common subdirectory

Summary:
Only one of the tests in it doesn't work on OS X.
On Windows it seems that everything that is being moved is also
supported.

The abort() test wasn't copied over (original case 22). This is because
it doesn't work on OS X.
