[compiler-rt] Remove XFAIL decorator trampoline_setup_test.c

This patch remove xfail decorator from
builtins/Unit/trampoline_setup_test.c as it is passing on Windows/AArch64
nowz. It is being skipped in code with __clang__ not defined.
