[lldb] XFAIL TestObjCXXBridgedPO on macOS Ventura

TestObjCXXBridgedPO is broken on macOS Ventura (but not on macOS
Monterey). I took a look but it doesn't seem trivial. I'm XFAILing the
test until Adrian, who wrote the test, can take a look.
