[AMDGPU] Tweak tests in noclobber-barrier.ll

Tweak some of the tests to demonstrate
AMDGPUAnnotateUniformValues::visitLoadInst inserting a trivial
getelementptr instruction, just to have somewhere to put amdgpu.uniform
metadata. NFC.
