[ELF] - Eliminate dead 'return' in EhFrameSection::finalizeContents(). NFC.

EhFrameSection::finalizeContents() is called from a single place:
https://github.com/llvm-mirror/lld/blob/master/ELF/Writer.cpp#L1559

So code was dead.
