[X86] Add MOVSDrr->MOVLPDrm entry to load folding table. Add custom handling to turn UNPCKLPDrr->MOVHPDrm when load is under aligned.

If the load is aligned we can turn UNPCKLPDrr into UNPCKLPDrm.
