DebugInfo: Switch from replaceAllUsesWith() to replaceTemporary() 

Stop using `DIDescriptor`'s wrapper around
`MDNode::replaceAllUsesWith()` (which is going away).  The new home for
this logic is `DIBuilder::replaceTemporary()`, added in LLVM r234695.
