[lldb][Type] Add TypeQuery::SetLanguages API (#75926)

This is required for users of `TypeQuery` that limit the set of
languages of the query using APIs such as
`GetSupportedLanguagesForTypes` or
`GetSupportedLanguagesForExpressions`.
