[Driver] Remove duplicate -e 

-e has the LinkerInput flag (commit fcf8ada1)
and is rendered by AddLinkerInputs. We should remove duplicate rendering (e.g.,
`Args.AddAllArgs(CmdArgs, options::OPT_e)`).
