[lldb] Read Checksum from DWARF line tables (#71458)

Read the MD5 checksum from DWARF line tables and store it in the
corresponding support files.

This is a re-land after fixing an off-by-one error in LLDB's
ParseSupportFilesFromPrologue (fixed in #71984).
