[XRay][clang] Add more test cases of -fxray-modes= (NFC)

This confirms expectations for multiple values provided through the
driver when selecting specific modes and the order of appearance of
individual values for the `-fxray-modes=` flag.

This change just adds more test cases to an existing test file.
