[flang][nfc] Add missing `REQUIRES` flag in a test

D129156 has caused a buildbot failure:
  * https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/175/builds/20472.
Clearly `examples` is missing from the `REQUIRES` list. Sending this
without a review as a quick fix.
