[X86] combinePTESTCC - fold TESTZ(OR(LO(X),HI(X)),OR(LO(Y),HI(Y))) -> TESTZ(X,Y) for TESTPS/TESTPD ops

Followup to the fix for #62171, adding support for TESTPS/TESTPD opcodes
