[RemoveDIs][NFC] Disable RemoveDIs tests that are not yet enabled

As part of a recent patch landing, some tests that are not yet ready
to support RemoveDIs were turned on; this patch disables those tests
in RemoveDIs mode.

Fixes buildbot failure:
