[lit] Remove undefined keyword from a Driver test

`clang-driver` hasn't been a valid keyword for a long time.
The test fails when the keyword is removed, so added XFAIL: *
to reflect the true status of the test (XFAIL not UNSUPPORTED)
and filed issue #58711 to get it fixed.
