[CodeGen] Don't print "pred:" and "opt:" in -debug output

In -debug output we print "pred:" whenever a MachineOperand is a
predicate operand in the instruction descriptor, and "opt:" whenever a
MachineOperand is an optional def in the instruction descriptor.
