[PowerPC][lit] Recognize triple ppc64le.*-linux

Some Linux distributions, e.g. Red Hat, use the triple
ppc64le-redhat-linux. Add a pattern that treats ppc64le.*-linux as
powerpc64le-linux during test execution.
