[PowerPC] ppc64-P9-vabsd.ll - add some basic ISD::ABDS test coverage 

Test coverage to ensure D142313 lowers ISD::ABDU -> VABSD but not ISD::ABDS (although I think v4i32 would be compatible with the XVNEGSP trick)
