[cmake] Fix skipping DEPS (typo) in sanitizer_test_compile()

Fix typo in variable assignment inside sanitizer_test_compile() that
resulted in TEST_DEPS parameter not being included in the clang_compile()
call. Spotted by George Karpenkov in D38444.
