[SystemZ] Fix definition of IntMaxType / Int64Type

Like on other 64-bit platforms, Int64Type should be SignedLong
on SystemZ, not SignedLongLong as per default.  This could cause
ABI incompatibilities in certain cases (e.g. name mangling).
