Revert r309984, "Use "foo-12345.o" instead of "foo.o-12345" as temporary file name." 

It generates MODULE-XXXXXXXXXXXX-%%%%%%%%.pcm, then GlobalModuleIndex.cpp is confused with the suffix ".pcm"
