[X86][SSE] Try to make MOVLPS/MOVHPS(+PD) instructions SimplifyDemandedElts proof 

Fix for D52912 which was simplifying MOVLPS/MOVHPS(+PD) instructions as the tests were only touching one of the vector halfs
