[X86] Add vector boolean reduction tests (PR38840) 

AND/OR/XOR tests for the @llvm.experimental.vector.reduce intrinsics

AND/OR are pretty good (pre-AVX512), XOR (not so common but used for parity reduction) is still pretty bad.
