[NFC][X86][Codegen] vector-interleaved-store-i16-stride-5.ll: precisely match the actual IR

Now that i've reimplemented the testcase generator
to produce actual IR (https://godbolt.org/z/s7PM8E6v9),
it turns out that this was the only discrepancy
from what the LV would produce.
