[lldb] Modernize and expand TestCppBitfields

* clang-format test source.
* Removed the dead setup code.
* Using expect_expr etc. instead of raw expect.
* Slightly expanded with tests for vtable pointers (which mostly just crash atm.)
* Removed some other minor test guideline problems.
