[TargetLowering][InstCombine] Simplify BSwap demanded bits code a little. NFC 

Use alignDown instead of &= ~7.

Replace ResultBit with NLZ. (BitWidth - NLZ - NTZ == 8) so
(BitWidth - NTZ - 8 == NLZ).
