Revert "[lld-macho] Private label aliases to weak symbols should not retain section data" 

This reverts commit 6736bce6.

It's causing Swift-related crashes in e.g.
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1400716 and
elsewhere.
