[DOXYGEN] Improved doxygen comments.

Improved doxygen comments for __wmmintrin_pclmul.h and ammintrin.h intrinsics by taagging parameter names with \a doxygen command to display parameters in italics.

Formatted comments to fit into 80 chars.
