[ASan] Mark test as UNSUPPORTED for iOS simulator

coverage-fork.cpp uses `fork()` which requires additional permissions
in the iOS simulator sandbox.  We cannot use `sandbox-exec` to grant
these permissions since this is a Posix (not Darwin) test.
