[LSAN] Remove -fuse-ld=lld from HWASAN config

I needed that to make -fsanitize-hwaddress-experimental-aliasing work, but it looks like the test pass without it also. This should fix https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/192 failures.
