Revert "[AArch64][GlobalISel] Recognise some CCMPri"

This reverts commit 38c2366b.

This patch seems to break boostraping LLVM with `-fglobal-isel -O3`
on AArch64 hardware. Without the revert, there are 500+ test
failures for the `check-llvm-codegen-x86` target.
