[MLIR] Remove unused lit test replacements.

The following replacements have been changed to `%mlir_lib_dir`:

- `%linalg_test_lib_dir`
- `%cuda_wrapper_library_dir`
- `%spirv_wrapper_library_dir`
- `%vulkan_wrapper_library_dir`
- `%mlir_runner_utils_dir`
- `%mlir_integration_test_dir`

If there are no requests to delay submission, I plan to submit this on 9/13/2002 (Tuesday).
