[X86] combineSetCCMOVMSK - fold PTEST(XOR(X,Y),XOR(X,Y)) instead of PTEST(SUB(X,Y),SUB(X,Y)) 

Consistently use the PTEST(XOR(X,Y),XOR(X,Y)) pattern for all-vector comparisons
