[SelectionDAG][VP] Fix VP memory ops' EVL/Mask indices

This patch corrects the auto-generated EVL and Mask index positions of
the `VP_LOAD`/`VP_STORE`/`VP_GATHER`/`VP_SCATTER` nodes.
