[lldb] Remove references to LLDB_CAPTURE_REPRODUCER

Remove the remaining references to LLDB_CAPTURE_REPRODUCER. I removed
the functionality in an earlier commit but forgot that there was a
corresponding test and logic to unset it in our test suite.
