This fixes llvm.org/PR14717.
Buggy format:
TypeSpecDecl *
    TypeSpecDecl::Create(ASTContext &C, DeclContext *DC, SourceLocation L,
                         IdentifierInfo *II, Type *T) {

Now changed to:
TypeSpecDecl *TypeSpecDecl::Create(ASTContext &C, DeclContext *DC,
                                   SourceLocation L, IdentifierInfo *II,
                                   Type *T) {
