Add canonicalization patterns for vector CreateMaskOp and StridedSliceOp to be used in the unroll vector op transformation.
Adds a ConstantMaskOp to the vector ops dialect.
Adds the following canonicalization patterns:
CreateMaskOp -> ConstantMaskOp
StridedSliceOp(ConstantMaskOp) -> ConstantMaskOp
