[CodeGenObjC] Fix a crash when attempting to copy a zero-sized bit-field in a non-trivial C struct 

Zero sized bit-fields aren't included in the CGRecordLayout, so we shouldn't be
calling EmitLValueForField for them. rdar://60695105
