[X86][SSE] Add tests for 256-bit HOP(SHUFFLE(X,Y),SHUFFLE(X,Y)) --> SHUFFLE(HOP(X,Y)) patterns 

This should be addressed by combineHorizOpWithShuffle once we enable it for HADD/SUB
