[Kaleidoscope][BuildingAJIT] Finish off Chapter 1.

* Various tidy-up and streamlining of existing discussion.
* Describes findSymbol and removeModule.

Chapter 1 is now rough but essentially complete in terms of content.

Feedback, patches etc. very welcome.
