[X86] combineScalarAndWithMaskSetcc - optionally peek through (oneuse) any_extend node 

Extend pass to handle: (and (any_extend (bitcast (vXi1 (concat_vectors (vYi1 setcc), undef,)))), C)

Fixes several regressions identified in D127115
