[X86] Fix the zero extending load detection in... 

[X86] Fix the zero extending load detection in X86DAGToDAGISel::selectScalarSSELoad to pass the load node to IsProfitableToFold and IsLegalToFold.

Previously we were passing the SCALAR_TO_VECTOR node.
