Test: CoverageMapping: use "RUN: FileCheck" command instead of "RUN: cat | Filecheck". 

Change the lit RUN commands for 3 tests to use the following pattern
"FileCheck -input-file ..." instead of "cat ... | FileCheck ..." as
suggested by Justin Bogner.
