[PowerPC][AIX]Do not emit xxspltd mnemonic on AIX.

A bug in the system assembler can assemble the xxspltd extended
menemonic into the wrong instruction (extracting the wrong element).
Emit the full xxpermdi with all operands to work around the problem.
