Restore the fix rL316059 eliminated by rL316372

rL316059 fixed the potential build failure when compiling
with -DLLVM_BUILD_LLVM_DYLIB=ON -DLLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB=ON.

rL316372 just reverted the part of the fix, so restore it.
