[RISCV][NFC] Regenerate RISCV CodeGen tests

Regenerated using:

./llvm/utils/update_llc_test_checks.py -u llvm/test/CodeGen/RISCV/*.ll

This has added comments to spill-related instructions and added @plt to
some symbols.
