Add more binutils tools to LLVM_INSTALL_TOOLCHAIN_ONLY target 

Also add the aliases for these tools so that
LLVM_INSTALL_BINUTILS_SYMLINKS and LLVM_INSTALL_TOOLCHAIN_ONLY can work
together.
